Proof of Purchase
All returns and exchanges require the original receipt. No goods will be accepted without it.
Items Eligible for Return
Most items may be returned or exchanged, provided they are brought back in their original “as
sold” condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Items NOT Eligible for Return
• Perishable and consumable goods (food, drinks, chocolates, cookies, etc.)
• Items purchased during a sale or promotion
Return Window
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase (January–November).
Extended Christmas Returns
Purchases made between 1–31 December may be returned or exchanged up to 31 January of
the following year, provided all other terms and conditions are met.
Exchanges & Credit Notes
If you are returning an item, you may choose ONLY one of the following:
• Exchange the item for something else in the store.
• Receive a credit note for the full purchase price, valid for a future purchase.
Gift Purchases
Pricing stickers may be removed before gifting, but all product tags must remain intact on the
item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is found to be defective or damaged, please contact us promptly at
