Marula Jam

Marula fruit is medium sized, light yellow and succulent with a tart flavor; perfect for people who don’t like things too sweet.  Our Marula Jam’s distinctive savory flavor is a wonderful compliment to lamb and gravy.  Any dish you would think ‘mint sauce’ or ‘cranberry’ try Marula Jam for a delightful change.  We also mix it in salad dressings, stir fry sauces and barbeque marinades.  We love it on toast too!
