Delivery Information
We deliver within Nairobi, across all 47 counties of Kenya, and internationally by quotation or click-and-collect.
Delivery Timelines
Within Nairobi: orders placed before 10:00 AM are likely to be delivered the same day; otherwise the next day.
Outside Nairobi: typically 2–5 days, depending on the destination.
International: handled by quotation or collection (see below).
Operating Hours
Deliveries run 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. The delivery time for a zone assumes the item is available and ready. For example, an order placed at 8:00 AM that takes 4 hours to deliver is estimated to arrive around 12:00 PM the same day; an order that takes 8 hours and is placed at 8:00 AM is likely to arrive around 10:00 AM the following day.
Order Processing Time
Processing time is how long we need to prepare your items for delivery (given in days; our default is 2 days). Some items take longer or shorter — when an order has several items, the estimate is based on the item with the longest processing time. Example: an order placed today with 2 processing days and a 4-day (96-hour) delivery time is estimated to arrive in about 6 days from confirmation.
International Orders
For destinations outside Kenya, you can choose Ship by Quotation (we’ll prepare a quote and email you before charging) or Click & Collect.
