what about returns?
Do I need to show a receipt or proof of purchase?
Yes. No goods will be accepted back without showing the original receipt.
Is there anything that can’t be returned?
Yes. Perishable and consumable goods (like chocolates, cookies and other food and drink items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
What condition should items be in to be returned?
All items returned must be in ‘as sold’ condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Swimwear will not be accepted if the hygienic protection patch has been removed.
What if I’m purchasing a gift?
Pricing stickers may be removed, however the product tags must remain intact on the product.
Will I get my money back if I’ve changed my mind about something I bought?
We do not offer cash back for items being returned. You may exchange an item for something else, or we will issue a credit note for the full purchase price or the item being returned that you can use towards another purchase at another time.
What about goods on sale?
No items will be accepted for return from sales.
How long do I have to return something if I change my mind?
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from purchase from the 1st of January to the 30th of November.
Extended Returns over Christmas
All purchases made from 1st to 31st December 2021 can be returned and exchanged until the 31st of January 2022. All items must meet all of the conditions outlined above, where applicable.
